We accept returns for store credit only within 15 days when you receive your order. All gift items can be returned for store credit with the exception of jewelry and any item that has been personalized. There is absolutely no returns or exchanges on jewelry. If the item is personalized, engraved, monogrammed or in any way customized with a name or initials we can not accept returns. However, if the item is defective, please notify us immediately.
We are not responsible for any mistakes customer may have made typing in any personalization. Please make sure you double check your initials or name spellings to make sure they are correct before you submit your order. Once the order has been submitted to us, we quickly get your order taken care of in a timely manner. If you do realize a mistake, please notify us as quickly as possible and we will gladly do our best to rectify the situation.
Cost of returning an item is incurred by the customer. We do not pay for returns back to us, unless there is some type of defective issue, in which case you would need to contact us first so we can take care of you.
