Return Policy

We hope you are always happy with your purchase from The Silver Suitcase. However, if you need to make a return we will offer store credit (less shipping) within 15 days of your purchase. We must receive items back damage free in order to issue store credit.  All sales are final on seasonal, sale items, and jewelry.  Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also non returnable. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can replace it. To make a return, please email us.
