The Silver Suitcase standard shipping option is USPS, which will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive unless requested otherwise. We try our best to always have everything in stock, however if we are out of stock of what you have ordered we will notify you of the back order. At this time we can offer you an eta or refund. 

For our local customers, we offer Free pick up at our Kaliste Saloom location and Downtown location in Lafayette, LA. Please allow up to 24 hours for order to be processed. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
