We must receive items back damage free in order to issue store credit. All sales are final on seasonal, sale items, and jewelry. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also non returnable. If a refund is warranted then the refund will not include any credit card processing fees. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can replace it.
